The Crystal View Fully Polycarbonate Roller Shutter gives the ultimate in visibility for your shopfront doors and shutters. Designed to suit openings up to 3.5m high and up to 3.0 metres wide in a single span. Multiple doors may be used in wider openings. The Crystal View is designed to clearly enable visibility of your products whilst providing a high level of security and an ultra-modern look

Locking can be fitted to all doors but is generally not recommended where the door is fitted with a motor. If you would like motor installation please get in contact with us to discuss the specifics

The Crystal view shutter is used extensively in Shopping Centres, Sporting Complexes and Clubs the Crystal View shutter comes in a standard clear adonised finish but can be powder coated to suit individual style requirements (prices available on request).

Curtain

The Crystal View curtain is constructed from interlocking Clear Polycarbonate extrusions. Both ends of each alternate slat are fitted with specially shaped nylon moulded end clips to reduce friction during operation and prevent lateral movement within the guides.

Curtain Options Available

Slotting of polycarbonate slats is available 95mm x 25mm @ 70mm spacings where ventilation is required.

Side Guides

For quieter operation 50mm x 30mm Aluminium extrusions can be fitted with a rubber twin fin extrusion or mohair felt buffer. All manual doors are supplied with stops.

Roller Drum

The roller drum is a more than capable 229mm spiral ducted tube or 229mm spiral welded tube depending on the operation intentions. Rotating on a 34mm steel shaft the entire assembly is fitted with helical springs counterbalance the weight of the doors throughout the operation cycle. Providing an easy lift cycle with or without a motor installed.
